- Having all the necessary resources available
- Having a clear mind
- Do not have any biased thoughts in your mind
- Do not try to assume yourself
- Avoid interruptions
- Learn to fight distractions
- Do not be pre - occupied
- Concentrate on your tone
- Pay Attention on it as well as the problem of hearing with the clients
- Listen between the lines
- Anticipate and understand the emotions behind words
- Pick up the hidden concerns
- Having no doubts in your mind
